On Thursday afternoon in NYC, WBC super lightweight champion Devin “The Dream” Haney (31-0, 15 KOs) and “King” Ryan Garcia (24-1, 20 KOs) had the final opportunity to give their take on what happens Saturday night before Friday’s weigh-in. Oscar De La Hoya was in great spirits and showed up with custom leather bomber jackets for both Garcia & Haney, which are appropriate because the fight is in NY.

Haney vs. Garcia is a 12-round fight for the WBC Super Lightweight World Championship that is presented by Golden Boy Promotions in association with Haney Promotions, KingRy Promotions, and Matchroom Boxing. The event will take place on Saturday, April 20 on DAZN PPV live from Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
