In a recent interview, he was asked his opinion on being coined as Tank 2.0. He had the following to say:

Mayweather was too present in most of his protege’s major fights.
Curmel Moton too wants to establish a legacy of his own and wants to be remembered by his name. However, the boxer is still in the early phase of his career and needs to develop a lot to reach up to the level of Mayweather and Davis.
But the mindset of the young boxer is commendable. He strives to climb the ladder of success alone with no one pushing him. This is a mindset that should be inculcated in the younger generations that always look for a shortcut.
