Kell Brook and Chris Eubank Jr have exchanged words on Twitter following Saturday night’s fight at the Manchester Arena.

Eubank Jr was expected to be among a host of big names keeping one eye on the result of Khan vs Brook, which ended in triumph for Special K after he stopped his long-term rival in the sixth round.

Eubank Jr is fresh off of a victory over Liam Williams and was mooted pre-fight as a potential opponent for whoever the victor of Khan vs Brook might be.

Brook appears to be considering the possibility of fighting Eubank Jr, but speaking on Twitter, insisted that he’d only do so if the pair were to enter the ring at 155.

Eubank Jr fired back insisting that Brook would fight him at 160 or not at all…

It remains to be seen if a compromise can be found which would see these two enter the ring and fight each other.

Of course, there’s also the possibility that Brook will hang up his gloves in wake of the win over Khan, which would be the perfect way for him to bow out.

If there’s still enough left in the tank, though, as there certainly appears to be, why not silence another rival in Eubank Jr?
