Tyron Woodley: Jake Paul 'scared' to book rematch

Last week, YouTube sensation Jake Paul said he's moved on from a potential rematch with Tyron Woodley because the former UFC champion didn't follow through on getting a tattoo after losing their August fight.

Woodley, meanwhile, claims that Paul is just worried about losing a second fight to him.

"It went from, 'Get the tattoo, and it's a rematch,' to 'Get the tattoo and we'll think about a rematch,' to, 'Oh, he didn't get the tattoo, so there's no rematch.' It sounds like he's just f------ scared to fight," Woodley told MMA Fighting's Steven Marrocco.

Paul defeated Woodley via split decision on Aug. 29 in Cleveland. The fighters appeared to make an agreement in the ring after the fight, with Woodley saying he would get an "I love Jake Paul" tattoo if it meant the YouTuber would fight him again.

Since then, Woodley has refused to get the tattoo, saying he'll only get it if Paul agrees to a second bout. Paul said he won't fight Woodley again because he still hasn't got the tattoo.

Paul is now eyeing a bout with professional boxer Tommy Fury, UFC welterweight contender Jorge Masvidal or MMA legend Anderson Silva as his next opponent.

Fury expressed interest in fighting Paul after defeating Anthony Taylor in a four-round fight via unanimous decision last month, saying a battle against the YouTuber "should be no test at all."
