It was only a matter of time before some Florida Atlantic University basketball players made money off their name, image, and likeness after their incredible run to the Final Four.

Well, one prominent business, RoofClaim.com, announced on Tuesday that it has signed NIL deals with three FAU basketball players. The players who agreed to NIL partnerships with the roofing company are Nicholas Boyd, Johnell Davis, and Alijah Martin. All three players signed one-year agreements.

“RoofClaim.com is thrilled to announce a sponsorship agreement with FAU’s Final Four Superstars; Alijah Martin, Nicholas Boyd and Johnell Davis,” RoofClaim.com CEO Brian Wedding said in a statement. “We are proud to be partnering with these athletes whose hard work, dedication and sportsmanship embody the values of our brand.”

RoofClaim.com is synonymous with sports in the state. As a company with many locations in Florida, it is naturally the advertising partner of the Boca Raton Bowl.

Boca Raton is the home of FAU.

FAU made a breathtaking run to the Final Four after beating Memphis, Fairleigh Dickinson, Tennessee, and Kansas State in succession before losing a heartbreaker at the buzzer against San Diego State in the NCAA Tournament semifinals.

The Owls also amassed a program-record 35 wins. They also won their first-ever Conference USA championship and their second-ever NCAA Tournament appearance.

“What an opportunity! RoofClaim’s generosity and support is greatly appreciated,” Nicholas Boyd said in a statement.

“I’m excited to announce my new NIL deal with RoofClaim.com. Stay tuned for more!” added Alijah Martin.

“I really appreciate the love and generosity of our team,” Johnell Davis also said in a statement, “They are making my dreams turn into reality with opportunities like this and I can’t express my gratitude enough.”
