Bryce Hopkins, a forward for the Providence Friars who previously played for Kentucky, will miss the rest of the season due to a torn ACL.

Hopkins started 14 games for Providence this season and was averaging 15.5 points and 8.6 rebounds per game. He has been the team's second-highest scorer and leading rebounder.

The Oak Park, Illinois native started every game for the Friars last season. He averaged 15.8 points and 8.5 rebounds per game.

In his freshman season at Kentucky in 2021-22, Hopkins played in 28 games and averaged 6.4 minutes per game.

As a recruit, Hopkins was the No. 4 prospect in Kentucky's 2021 recruiting class.

According to 247Sports, Hopkins had a composite rating of 0.9857. He was the No. 39 player nationally, the No. 8 power forward and the No. 2 player in the state of Illinois.
