Kentucky basketball is pursuing Karter Knox hard.

Knox, the brother of former Kentucky standout Kevin Knox, is a five-star shooting guard in the 2024 class. He currently has interest in Auburn, Arkansas, Florida State, Kentucky, LSU, Louisville, South Florida and G-League Ignite.

Joe Tipton of On3 recently talked with Karter about five different schools he's being pursued by. Knox spoke highly of the Wildcats' when asked.

“They really just want me. They think they can make me a one-and-done, and go to the pros," Knox said. "They think they can really develop my game and they think I fit in their style of play. Cal really loves me and the coaching staff really loves me."

Karter also loved the atmosphere in Lexington.

"When I went there (to Lexington), it was really like a basketball city," Knox said. "Kentucky, that’s really all they got. The fans are crazy for Kentucky and the stadium will be packed damn near every game.”

Knox has only taken visits to Kentucky and Louisville, but has a visit scheduled with South Florida and A
