Kristine Leahy says she has received death threats in the past 24 hours as a result of her on-air confrontation with LaVar Ball on Wednesday.

Leahy, who co-hosts “The Herd w/ Colin Cowherd” on FS1, got into an argument with Ball that centered around the marketing of the Ball family’s Big Baller Brand.

“I think I’m gonna talk more about this later on ‘Speak for Yourself,’ some of the other issues that have come up,” Leahy said. “Now I’m getting death threats, so, I’ll leave it at that.”

Leahy said she hopes the way Ball spoke to her and treated her will reveal who he truly is. And while she said she does not want to allow the confrontation to be a part of her life anymore, she would be open to Ball coming back on the show under very specific circumstances.

“There would be a lot of conditions — a lot of conditions,” Leahy said. “He wouldn’t be allowed to just walk into the makeup room with just me there and sit next to me. There would have to be someone else there, and he would have to be respectful.”

Here’s more of what Leahy had to say about the interview:

The original debate between Ball and Leahy (watch it here) was awkward if nothing else. Of course, that also made it great for ratings. Networks care about that above all else.
