For the fourth time in the last five seasons, Bruce Pearl will bring Auburn to the NCAA Tournament. The Tigers (20-12) have earned a 9-seed in the Midwest Region of the bracket. They are currently facing off against the 8-seed Iowa Hawkeyes in the opening round.

Auburn guard Wendell Green Jr. hit a pair of free throws to extend his streak of consecutive makes at the stripe to 28 - now a school record for the Tigers. The record was previously held by former Tigers Danjel Purifoy and Frankie Sullivan.

Auburn leads Iowa 23-18 with four minutes left in the first half.
