Oakland's Jack Gohlke cashes in on March Madness upset over Kentucky, literally

Oakland sharpshooter Jack Gohlke became a legend in the first half of the Golden Grizzlies' first round March Madness game against the Kentucky Wildcats.

He knocked down seven threes in that first half and took the college basketball world by storm. Gohlke legend was solidified when the buzzer sounded and No. 14 seed Oakland was on top of No. 3 seed Kentucky, 80-76.

Gohlke dropped 32 total on the Wildcats' heads off the strength of 10-of-20 shooting from the three-point line.

His role in Oakland's upset catapulted him into March Madness lore alongside the likes of Adam Morrison and Jimmer Fredette. Unlike those two legends, though, Gohlke has something that they didn't — and that's the ability to cash in on his success via newly found NIL deals.

As such, it's being reported that Gohlke has already signed his sixth NIL deal since his legendary game, this time partnering with a company called Formula Bot.

You can add Formula Bot to the list of companies now working with the sharp shooter hat already included Buffalo Wild Wings, Barstool Sports, Intuit TurboTax, Campus Ink, The NIL Store and OOFOS.

Oakland ended up losing in the South Region second round to NC State but the Golden Grizzlies battled the Wolfpack to overtime. Coming off the bench, Gohlke finished with 22 points off 6-of-17 shooting from three-point land.
