Ohio State’s spring game was on Saturday, and it was the first time Buckeye fans got to see their 2024 team. Ohio State’s fans got to see some of the best players in the country, but one player they didn’t see on the field was tight end, Nate Roberts, because he committed to the Buckeyes hours before the spring game.

Ohio State Lands Nate Roberts

According to Hayes Fawcett from On3.com, a four-star tight end, Nate Roberts, has committed to Ohio State.

Roberts is from Washington, Oklohama, and chose the Buckeyes over Oregon; his hometown team is Oklohoma.

Nate Roberts Is A Great Player

According to 247sports.com, Roberts is the 11th-best tight end in the 2025 class and will be a significant addition to the Buckeyes next season.

The Buckeyes Need To Have A Championship 2024 Season

The Buckeyes have a big season coming up in 2024, so it’s excellent that Roberts is coming in 2025, but Ohio State needs to be focused on 2024 after a rough 2023 season in which they fell to Michigan for a third straight time and then lost the Cotton Bowl.

The Buckeyes have one of the best rosters this upcoming year, and many fans can’t wait to see how far they can go. The Buckeyes should be one of the best teams in 2024, and if they don’t win the title, it will be a failure.
