The Kentucky Wildcats are in the market for a new head coach with John Calipari heading to Arkansas.
According to multiple reports, Calipari, who has served as Kentucky's head coach since 2009, is leaving Lexington to replace Eric Musselman as the Razorbacks' head coach.
The move comes after Calipari and Kentucky failed to advance past the first round of the NCAA Tournament for the second time in three years.
One coach that some fans want to see replace Calipari will certainly catch the attention of Tennessee Vols fans.
It looks like some Kentucky fans want Auburn head coach Bruce Pearl to replace Calipari in Lexington.
Pearl served as Tennessee's head coach from 2005 to 2011 before a run-in with the NCAA cost him his job in Knoxville.
There was some thought that Kentucky might fire Calipari this offseason. But that decision would've come with a hefty price tag as Calipari had a $33 million buyout. With Calipari leaving on his own accord, it gives Kentucky a bit more flexibility in their search for a new head coach.
