Rick Barnes and the Tennessee Vols made another big addition to the roster on Monday.

According to CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein, Charlotte transfer forward Igor Milicic Jr committed to the Volunteers on Monday morning.

Milicic, 6-foot-10/225 lbs from Croatia, averaged 12.8 points per game and 8.5 rebounds per game for Charlotte last season. He also averaged 1.1 blocks per game while making 56 of 149 attempts from beyond the arc (Milicic shot a career high 37 percent from three-point range in 2023-24).

Milicic joins a transfer class at Tennessee that already includes Ohio State transfer center Felix Okpara and Hofstra transfer forward Darlinstone Dubar

The addition of Milicic gives the Vols another big man who can defend in the paint while also giving the team another threat from three-point range.

Finding success in the transfer portal this offseason was a key objective for Barnes and his staff after losing numerous contributors, including Dalton Knecht, Josiah-Jordan James, Santiago Vescovi, Jonas Aidoo (portal), and Tobe Awaka (portal).
