Krzyzewskiville, the designated area for tenting outside Duke basketball's Cameron Indoor Stadium, is near capacity. And it's the first weekend of October, with the tipoff to the Blue Devils' regular season still a month away.

Sure, it's not a new sight for early fall in Durham. Nowadays, graduate students, comprising the portion of the famed Cameron Crazies behind the basket, camp out for their tickets around this time every year.

Nonetheless, it's quite the sight. It's a display of Duke basketball's unique attraction.

As one can see from the aerial photos below, that attraction is still well intact as Jon Scheyer enters his second campaign at the helm after succeeding the legend the tent city is named after, five-time national champion and all-time wins leader Mike Krzyzewski.

Duke basketball's official social media account also posted the video below from a drone flyover with the following caption: "You won't see this at many places in February...it's Oct. 7 #StayCrazie."

Students will again pack Cameron on Oct. 20 for Countdown to Craziness. On Nov. 1, the Blue Devils host UNC Pembroke for an exhibition game. Then Dartmouth comes to Durham for Duke's season opener on Nov. 6.

Scheyer, fresh off becoming the first person to ever win an ACC Tournament title as a player and head coach, returns eight scholarship players, including four starters, from last season's 27-9 squad. And the loaded Blue Devils enjoy four five-star rookies in the mix, placing Duke among the top national championship contenders.
