Talking to the media at the 2023-24 ACC Tipoff, Louisville head coach Kenny Payne and returning big man JJ Traynor spoke about how they are treating the 2022-23 season and the lessons the team learned throughout the year. Payne said that while the team needs to put last year behind them, they won't forget it, and will have a chip on their shoulders while they strive to prove that the team is taking steps in the right direction.
