The 10th-seeded NC State Wolfpack completed an amazing run as they became the first team in ACC history to win 5 games on their way to the tournament title as they beat the top-seeded North Carolina Tar Heels, 84-76 and were named champs at the 2024 ACC Men's Basketball Tournament. DJ Horne scored a team-high 29 points on 9-15 shooting and DJ Burns, Jr. was magnificent, finishing with 20 points on 9-12 shooting with 7 assists for Kevin Keatts' club. Mohamed Diarra did the dirty work, scoring 11 points, grabbing 14 rebounds, blocking 3 shots and coming up with 3 steals in the win. RJ Davis scored a game-high 30 points and Armando Bacot finished with 18 points and 12 rebounds for Hubert Davis' team in a losing effort.
