The Virginia Cavaliers showcased some hot shooting in their ACC season-opening 84-62 win over Syracuse. As a team, the Cavaliers connected on 12-21 shots from three-point range in the win. Isaac McKneely led the way with a career-high 22 points on 8-11 shooting, including 6-6 from deep while Andrew Rhode made 2-4 and Taine Murray hit 2-3 from three-point range.
