Strengths

Versatility, power and athleticism converge when you throw on Membou’s tape. He’s a smooth-moving blocker who has no trouble handling his business out on an island in pass protection, and he excels at firing out of his stance quickly and climbing to the second level with ease. He’s got a stout frame that allows him to anchor well in the run game and handle power rushers, but he’s athletic enough to keep his feet under him and take out his targets when he’s on the move. Membou brings a strong balance of strength and agility that allows him to handle anything an opposing defender can throw at him.

Weaknesses

The biggest holes in Membou’s game are technical, particularly when it comes to his hand usage and balance. He needs to improve his ability to land his hands in the right spot at the beginning of the rep, because failing to do so leads him to overextending his upper body and losing his leverage against the defender.
