'College GameDay' announces epic celebrity guest picker for Duke vs. Notre Dame matchup

Earlier this week, ESPN'S "College GameDay" announced they would be heading to Duke for the first time to watch the No. 17 Blue Devils take on No. 11 Notre Dame.

As much anticipation as that had already drawn, more news came Thursday.

Earlier Thursday, the show made headlines again. This time in choosing their celebrity guest picker for the game.

Their choice?

None other than Ken Jeong. Whether you are familiar with Jeong or not, he has grown to fame through his renowned character roles such as that of Leslie Chow in "The Hangover" series and his role in NBC's "Community" series during the 2010s.

Jeong had previously been on "College GameDay" back in 2021 ahead of the Michigan vs Michigan State game. Now, it's only fitting that he returns to the college from which he graduated, as Duke's first-ever celebrity guest picker. Jeong had previously delivered the commencement speech to Duke graduates in 2020.

Fans can catch Jeong and the "College GameDay" cast from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EST on Saturday, with kickoff between Duke and Notre Dame set for 7:30 p.m. on ABC.

Get your popcorn ready for Saturday, because it is setting up to be a game worth watching.
