We are two days away from Auburn football being back, and former Auburn quarterback, National Champion, Heisman Trophy winner, and NFL MVP Cam Newton wants Tigers fans to know there is a Freeze warning on the Plains.

Newton is clearly a big supporter of Coach Freeze and called this the most anticipated Auburn football season, and he is excited.

It's heartwarming to see Newton supporting the school that he took to a National Championship during the 2010 season.

Newton is a true Auburn man who brought Tiger fans many fun memories during his time on the Plains.

The former Auburn QB is not currently on an NFL roster but has made it clear he still wants to play. It would be exciting to see a team give the 34-year-old veteran a chance if a starter were to go down this season.

Even if Newton were to never take another snap in an NFL uniform, he had a great career and is one of the best duel-threat quarterbacks in NFL history.

Let's take a look at the video Newton posted letting know Auburn fans know the season is right around the corner, and there is a lot to be excited about.
