Penn State Football landed two of the top-25 players chosen in the 2025 NFL Draft, as Olu Fashanu went off the board at pick No. 10 to the New York Jets, and the Miami Dolphins chose Chop Robinson 11 selections later.
Nittany Lions head coach James Franklin went the extra mile(s) to ensure he threw his support behind both of the program’s first-round selections on Thursday night.
Franklin made his way to both the Fashanu and Robinson homes in order to be there when their names were announced by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell. The Penn State Football social media accounts shared the video of Franklin frantically making his way to the Robinson’s house.
As the second day of the draft gets underway Friday night, Adisa Isaac, Theo Johnson, and Caedan Wallace are among the Nittany Lions who could be next to hear their names called as NFL Draft picks.
