Justin Fields was a part of several big moments during his time playing for the Ohio State Buckeyes.

The ex-Buckeyes quarterback led his team to multiple College Football Playoff (CFP) games against some of the best teams in the sport over his two years with the program. However, Fields said his favorite memories involved beating the Michigan Wolverines (also known as the "Team Up North") in their annual rivalry game against Ohio State.

“Beating the ‘Team Up North,'" Fields said. "Beating them, away stadium, away game. One of my favorite plays was when I got hurt — sprained my MCL — but boom, next play I came in and threw a dot to Garrett (Wilson) for a touchdown," Fields said. That was one of my favorite plays in college."

One of Fields' other most notable memories came during the 2020 Allstate Sugar Bowl against the Clemson Tigers. The Buckeyes had lost to the Tigers the prior year, making their 49-28 victory to advance to the CFP National Championship all the more sweet.

"My second favorite memory was the Sugar Bowl during my last year there," Fields said. "We lost to Clemson the year before, and I threw a game-winning pick, but we came back the next year and beat them. I threw six touchdowns. Those are my two favorite moments in college.”

Fields is about to begin the final season of his four-year, $18.8 million deal with the Bears. With the 2024 NFL Draft approaching, a period typically filled with trades between teams, only time will tell in which uniform Fields will spend the coming year.
