With the Georgia Bulldogs' title hopes for the 2023 season over, the team has begun to see an influx of transfer portal and NFL Draft entries.
The most recent edition to this list is linebacker Xavian Sorey Jr., a former 4-star linebacker from Campbellton, Florida. Sorey was among the more highly anticipated recruits from the Bulldogs' 2021 recruiting class but could not earn a starting spot during his time with the team.
Sorey earned 24 total tackles, a sack, and an interception during his three seasons with the Bulldogs.
With players making their intentions known in the coming days and weeks, here is a running update of the roster movements as they happen.
Georgia Transfer Portal Entries:
- Jonathan Jefferson has announced he will enter the portal with two years of eligibility
- EDGE, Darris Smith - Made transfer intentions known before the portal officially opened.
