DALLAS - The Texas Longhorns were 6.5-point favorites against the Oklahoma Sooners in the Red River Showdown on Saturday in Dallas.

But after the first few plays of the game, the Horns found themselves in a major hole - in more ways than one.

Just after a Quinn Ewers interception to open the game, and a quick Oklahoma touchdown, the Longhorns took the field for their second drive, and on the second play of that drive, starting center Jake Majors went down with what appeared to be a lower-body injury.

Majors was able to get off of the field under his own power, but also was walking with a noticeable limp.

In replacement of Majors, red-shirt freshman Connor Robertson has entered the game.

Majors is currently questionable to return.

This is a developing story and will be updated.
