The Ohio State football team is firmly in Spring practice right now. They are trying to make sure that they get themselves ready for the upcoming season knowing a lot is riding on it. It’s a make-or-break season for the Buckeyes. There are also several newcomers from the transfer portal trying to assimilate with their new teammates.

One of those newcomers is running back Quinshon Judkins. The Ole Miss transfer just lost his black stripe in record time. He decided to follow his ex-teammate Davison Igbinosun and head to Columbus. Even though he just got to Ohio State, stupid rumors were flying around that he was interested in returning to Ole Miss.

Quinshon Judkins’ mom shuts down rumors about him leaving the Ohio State football program

Those rumors didn’t last long. Judkins’ mom came out on social media and shut them down pretty quickly. You can see her response below to the ridiculous rumors.

As you can see, he has no intentions of leaving the Buckeyes. He just got there and he is committed to winning a national championship with the Ohio State football team. NIL opportunities certainly made it easier for him to make that decision as well, but he also wants to win. That was his main reason for transferring.

Judkins will be the backup to TreVeyon Henderson this year, but that doesn’t mean he’s going to never see the ball. I could see the backs coming out every other drive in the first half and then using whoever has been most effective in the second half of games. Both backs are truly special. Judkins also gives Ohio State injury insurance on Henderson.

Don’t believe everything you see on social media folks. Judkins’ mom made sure to let people know that.
