UC football notched two AP All-Big 12 honors this past season as Luke Kandra earned first-team marks and Dontay Corleone slotted in with second-team defensive recognition.
Kandra was the best offensive lineman on the team in 2023 and one of four Bearcats to post 80-plus PFF grades for the full season (80.5 overall). He excelled across a whopping 895 snaps (most on the roster).
The guard also picked up second-team All-American honors from Walter Camp Football
Corleone was a part of that 80 club as well—leading the entire roster with an 84.7 grade. He posted 39 tackles, three sacks, and one forced fumble across 440 snaps.
Both players are returning to right the ship in 2024 after a 3-9 season.
