All 105 is a Pittsburgh Sports Now series profiling each of the 105 members of the Pitt 2024 training camp roster.

Lyndon Cooper, a redshirt junior offensive lineman from Carrollton in Atlanta, Ga.

2023 season: Cooper started five games for North Carolina State last season, three at left guard and two at center

Stats: Cooper played in 14 games during his time at North Carolina State, making all five of his starts last season

Camp outlook: Cooper is going to work with the 1s and 2s throughout camp, working on the interior of the offensive line as one of the most experienced names in the room

Projected role: Cooper is a newcomer, arriving in the spring, but he appears to be the top reserve on the interior of the offensive line. While he may not start from Day 1, the potential is there

Cooper (6-foot-2, 315 pounds) committed to Pitt following three seasons at North Carolina State, choosing the Panthers over additional interest in the portal.

He arrived over the winter and immediately worked his way into the rotation on the interior of the offensive line. He worked behind Terrence Moore at center throughout the spring, but he’s able to slide to right or left guard if called upon. He’s a versatile piece on the interior of the offensive line.

“Lyndon Cooper has done some good things, just mature,” Pat Narduzzi said in March. “I think he’s learning.”

Pitt has Moore at center, with Ryan Jacoby, BJ Williams, Jason Collier Jr. and Terrence Enos Jr. at the guard spots, and Cooper is able to fill any of the three positions on the interior.
