Shedeur Sanders rarely takes a day off and even mixed business with pleasure while enjoying time in South Florida.

The Colorado Buffaloes quarterback recently paid a visit to "The U" to throw with Miami's Cam Ward and Virginia Tech's Kyron Drones. Sanders looked crisp on the practice field amongst his rivals, which is a great sign heading toward next month's Spring Game. It has only been a short four months since he started recovering from a fractured back.

As for Ward, the Washington State transfer landed at Miami after pushing back NFL aspirations. He led the Cougars to a 56-14 blowout over the Buffs last November with Sanders exiting the contest at halftime.

One of the only QBs outside of "Grown" who took a similar path in his career from an FCS school to a major Power Five program. This marks the second straight offseason Sanders and Ward have worked out together. They were joined by Virginia Tech's Kyron Drones and a few of his receivers for the session with famed QB coach Darrell Colbert, who has been stationed with Sanders in Boulder.

The future NFL passers will be part of the 2025 NFL Draft class with Sanders projected as a top pick. Coach Prime's youngest son looks to build on a record-setting year at Colorado with 3,230 yards and 27 touchdowns.

The Buffs will hold their annual Black and Gold Spring Game at Folsom Field on April 27.
