TCU lineman turning heads due to his massive size

A year after Heisman Trophy finalist quarterback Max Duggan led TCU to the College Football Playoff finals, TCU has a new big man on campus: 455-pound offensive tackle Brione “Big Bubba” Ramsey-Brooks.

He first caught college football fans' attention in April 2022 at the Rivals Camp in Dallas. However, at that time, Brooks-Ramsey was only a slim 380 pounds. He must have eaten a lot of Wheaties over the last 16 months.

Already 75 pounds bigger than the largest NFL player, New England's Trent Brown, Ramsey-Brooks is going to be a player to watch this season for the Horned Frogs.

In the national title against Georgia, TCU couldn't move the ball on offense or stop the Bulldogs on defense, resulting in the Horned Frogs being outgained 589-188 in total offense and losing in a route, 65-7.

The big takeaway from that game was how much bigger, stronger and faster Georgia was than TCU. Ramsey-Brooks shows the Horned Frogs took that lesson to heart,
