Spring practice is officially underway for the Tennessee Vols football program.

Tennessee held their first spring practice on Monday, which marks the beginning of on-field preparations for the 2024 version of the Vols.

On Wednesday, Tennessee's social media team dropped a great Mic'd up video of head coach Josh Heupel during practice.

The video shows Heupel coaching up various players, specifically some quarterbacks.

Check it out:

You can see from that video that there's a lot of positive energy during Tennessee's practices, which is something that's become common during the Heupel era.

The Vols have a long way to go before they get to where they want to be for the 2024 season. The strides the team makes during the spring will be a big part of what leads to success in the fall.
