Former Bearcats tight end Travis Kelce got the cold shoulder from Taylor Swift when he tried to give her his phone number in a unique way during one of her stops on The Eras Tour.

Kelce described the interaction on The New Heights Podcast.

"Well, I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings," Kelce said. "So I was a little butthurt that I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her," Kelce told his brother, Jason. "If you’re up on Taylor Swift concerts, there are friendship bracelets, and I received a bunch of them being there, but I wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it… alright now…. She doesn’t meet anybody, or at least she didn’t want to meet me, so I took it personal."

Kelce didn't get to shoot his shot, but at least he won't have any breakup songs written about him, for now.
