Watch: Georgia DT Jordan Davis wows in the 40-yard dash at NFL Combine

Georgia Bulldogs defensive tackle Jordan Davis probably won't be asked to run long distances much in the NFL, but he showed off elite athleticism anyway with a 40-yard dash that wowed viewers.

Davis, who measured in at the NFL Combine at 6'6, 341 pounds, blazed down the track with an unofficial time of 4.82 seconds.

The time was top 20 of all-time among interior defensive linemen at the NFL Combine, a feat made much more impressive by the fact that he's also one of the largest players working out in Indianapolis.

While the official time is pending, at least one person in attendance clocked Davis' run at an even faster time than NFL Network did.

Davis earned the Chuck Bednarik Trophy in December, recognizing the top defensive player in college football.
