The Michigan-Ohio State game briefly descended into petty trolling during the second quarter of Saturday’s matchup.

After Ohio State running back J.K. Dobbins fell forward on a run play, Michigan defensive linemen Carlo Kemp and Aidan Hutchinson worked together to untie one of Dobbins’ shoes as he laid on the ground.

As hilarious as the moment was, it definitely wasn’t worth it. Kemp was flagged for a 15-yard unsportsmanlike conduct penalty and Dobbins went on to finish the drive with a touchdown.

This entire rivalry is based at least partly on pettiness. Jim Harbaugh probably won’t be happy with those actions, but hey, it’s funny, and Michigan fans will likely enjoy it.
