Michigan State vs. Miami: The visiting Michigan State Spartans got the better of host Miami on Saturday, 38-17. Miami QB D'Eriq King put up big numbers as the Hurricanes kept up with the Spartans for the majority of the game. King finished the game with 388 yards passing with 2 touchdowns. Newcomer Charleston Rambo caught 12 passes for 156 yards and 2 scores in the loss. The Spartans played a clean game and Payton Thorne threw for 261 yards and 4 touchdowns while former Wake Forest running back Kenneth Walker III rushed for 172 yards in the win.
