On October 2nd, 2010 the Virginia Tech Hokies traveled to No.23 NC State upset-minded. The 'Pack featured now superstar NFL quarterback Russell Wilson of the Denver Broncos. On this day though it would be Hokies quarterback Tyrod Taylor who would will his team to a 41-30 victory. In a back-and-forth game Taylor finished the day with 123 yards passing and 3 scores, while also rushing for an impressive 121 yards.
