What college football stadium has the greatest seating capacity?

The college football stadium with the largest capacity is Michigan Stadium (107,601), home of the University of Michigan Wolverines.

Several college football stadiums have seating capacities greater than NFL stadiums, with AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys in Arlington, Texas, leading the way with a standing-room capacity of 105,000. (The stadium typically seats about 80,000.) Other NFL stadiums with large capacities include the Jets'/Giants' MetLife Stadium (82,500), Washington Redskins' FedEx Field (82,000) and Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field (81,441).

What other college programs have stadiums with large capacities?

Two other Big Ten programs aren’t far behind Michigan in terms of seating capacity. Penn State’s Beaver Stadium (106,572) and Ohio State’s Ohio Stadium (104,944) are second and third in college football.

Five other college stadiums seat more than 100,000: Kyle Field (Texas A&M), Neyland Stadium (Tennessee), Tiger Stadium (LSU), Bryant-Denny Stadium (Alabama) and Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium (Texas).

Two other college football stadiums have seating capacities over 90,000: Georgia's Sanford Stadium and the Rose Bowl, where UCLA plays its home games.
