We are huge fans of JJ Arcega-Whiteside and have never made that a secret. That’s why when we saw his 40 time at Stanford’s Pro Day, we had to write about it.

Arcega-Whiteside was timed with a 4.49 40 at Stanford’s Pro Day on Thursday.

You can watch video of his sprint here:

Arcega-Whiteside is in the top 10 of wide receivers for most draft analysts, but we think he should be in the top five.

Arcega-Whiteside was an incredible weapon for Stanford. He caught 28 touchdown passes over three seasons, including 14 last season. He had 63 catches for 1,059 yards, good for a 16.8 average. The guy stands 6-foot-3 and 225 pounds and was dynamite in the red zone. He is very much like Mike Evans and now has the straight-line speed to prove any doubters wrong.
