WVU S Aubrey Burks has committed to Country Roads Trust for the 2024 football season, the NIL collective announced. Burks joins Sean Martin as the second Mountaineer to commit to CRT on Monday.

Burks will enter his senior season at West Virginia next year after three seasons with the program. Burks, an Oakridge, Fl. native, has appeared in 29 games for the Mountaineers and played in 12 this past season. Burks recorded 48 total tackles with four being for loss. Burks also had four interceptions with a forced fumble.

Burks will be apart of the WVU secondary along with Old Dominion transfer Tahj Ra-El, who committed on Monday. Ra-El recorded 84 total tackles, six pass deflections, 5.5 tackles for a loss, and one interception in 2023. He has 132 tackles in three years at ODU.
