Colorado mascot accidentally shoots self with t-shirt gun

If you’ve ever wanted to see a mascot shoot himself in the groin with a T-shirt gun, today is your lucky day thanks to Chip, the Colorado Buffaloes mascot.

During Colorado’s 45-14 win over New Hampshire on Saturday, Chip was trying to shoot T-shirts into the crowd. The gun malfunctioned, which was unfortunate news for Chip and his groin.

This is not the first time that we’ve seen such an injury. In June, a fan at a Philadelphia Phillies game was hurt when she was stuck in the face by a flying hot dog.

The good news here is that Chip was in good spirits after his incident. Though, he was taken off of the field in the cart usually reserved for injured players.
