The opening day of the Lord's Test match between England and New Zealand was paused for 23 seconds after 23 overs to pay homage to late Australian stalwart Shane Warne on Thursday, June 2. After the conclusion of the 23rd over, the players and umpires lined up next to the pitch and applauded the ICC Hall of Famer as a video in Warne's memory played out on the giant screen. The fans also joined in and paid their repects to the late cricketer. The legendary leg-spinner sported jersey No. 23 for the Baggy Greens. The Lord's commentary box will also now be called 'Shane Warne Commentary Box.'
