Two nine darters were thrown in the second round of Players Championship 15 on Tuesday afternoon. Dave Chisnall threw one on the stream board, and Luke Woodhouse also provided a perfect leg on one of the other boards.
Chisnall needed only nine darts to win the third leg of his match against Darius Labanauskas. 'Chizzy' eventually won the match 6-1 and recorded an impressive average of 108.16.
Woodhouse also threw a nine darter in the third leg of his duel. This gave 'The Shed' a 2-1 lead, but the Englishman eventually lost the match against Martijn Dragt 6-4.
