Jennifer Garner eats hot wings and talks gardening in new 'Hot Ones' interview

Sean Evans has welcomed the most A-list of A-listers since Hot Ones debuted in March 2015, but perhaps none as delightful and painfully wholesome as Jennifer Garner.

Garner's episode premiered Thursday. Throughout its 24 minutes, the Golden Globe winner inserted one-liners that only she would think to say while eating a row of the world's spiciest wings and navigating an interview. Examples include—but certainly not limited to—"Golly!," "Hellfire's Devil. OK, that doesn't sound very Methodist" and "I'm a hot wing ninja!"

Garner has been heavy on the press circuit lately promoting her latest film, Netflix's Yes Day, in which she plays a mother who must say yes to anything her children request for one day only. The 48-year-old mother of three discussed how she implements the same methodology at home, then gave instructions for making a Froot Loops pizza.

Garner's green thumb and gardening expertise was also touched upon. Her decades-long acting career didn't go unmentioned, though, as the Alias icon commented on her frequent collaborator J.J. Abrams' legacy and her lasting adoration for 13 Going on 30.

Watch Garner physically fall apart while still maintaining her endearing demeanor in the full episode below.
