Kristen Stewart on fiancée Dylan Meyer: 'I scored'
Kristen Stewart portrays the late Princess Diana in the lead-up to her divorce from Prince Charles in the highly anticipated Spencer, but in real life, the 31-year-old actress has an engagement to celebrate.
Earlier this week, Stewart confirmed to Howard Stern that she's engaged to screenwriter Dylan Meyer, her girlfriend of two years whom she has been ready to marry since November 2019:
On a visit to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, she was objectively glowing and assuring everyone she "knocked it out of the park" with Meyer. "I scored," she said.
The Twilight star might be scoring in her professional life, too, as she is already generating Oscar buzz ahead of Spencer's release this Friday (Nov. 5).
Directed by Pablo Larraín (Jackie ), the film's premise is officially described as follows: "The marriage of Princess Diana and Prince Charles has long since grown cold. Though rumors of affairs and a divorce abound, peace is ordained for the Christmas festivities at the Queen’s Sandringham Estate. There's eating and drinking, shooting and hunting. Diana knows the game. But this year, things will be profoundly different. Spencer is an imagining of what might have happened during those few fateful day."
