Thanks in part to her roles as Kara Thrace on Battlestar Galactica and Bo-Katan Kryze from multiple Star Wars projects, including The Mandalorian, actress Katee Sackhoff has become the Queen of Sci-Fi. However, Sackhoff has shown her chops in other genres, such as Netflix’s Western, Longmire, and several horror films including Halloween: Ressurection, Oculus and Don’t Knock Twice. Before Sackhoff heads back to work on the fourth season of The Mandalorian, she’ll be dipping her toe back into the horror waters.

Murphy’s Multiverse has learned that Sackhoff is set to star in Eve of Destruction. A dark comedy in the mold of Netflix’s Wednesday or the cult classic Heathers, Eve of Destruction follows 16-year-old Eve as she discovers she is the daughter of Lucifer and Lillith, played by Sackhoff.

Ellie Kanner will direct Eve of Destruction from a script written by Bobby Sacher. Though it’s set to begin production in Vancouver in February, it shouldn’t interfere with Sackhoff’s likely role in Mando S4 as Eve of Destruction is targeting a 5-week production window.
