'The Bachelorette' couple Tayshia Adams, Zac Clark break up

Tayshia Adams and Zac Clark ran the TCS New York City Marathon together earlier this month, but sadly, their engagement was more of a sprint.

People confirmed Monday (Nov. 22) that Adams, 31, and Clark, 37, ended their engagement.

"Tayshia Adams and Zac Clark are no longer a couple," an unnamed representative of Adams' confirmed to the outlet.

The now-exes met on The Bachelorette's 16th season, which began airing in October 2020 with Clare Crawley as the lead before she left with her now-ex Dale Moss just four episodes in. Adams took over and ended up engaged to Clark in the season finale, which aired Dec. 22, 2020.

"At first, Zac was the person to be like, 'We could get married next week.' And I was like, ‘Slow your roll,’ Adams told Marie Claire in February. "I’d love to date a year. And now I’m like, ‘You want to … maybe next month?’ And he’s like, ‘Tayshia, slow your roll.’ We’re back and forth. But there’s no timeline. It's definitely going to happen. I just don’t know when."

Most recently, Adams and Clark posted to Instagram about completing the NYC Marathon:

Neither one has publicly commented on the split.
