Aubrey Plaza Never Watched The White Lotus Season 2 For One Strange Reason

Aubrey Plaza co-stars in The White Lotus season 2, yet she’s never seen a single episode. The reason for that? She’s forgot her login password.

Plaza earned an Emmy nod for her role as Harper in the HBO comedy drama, which follows the customers of an up-market holiday resort. It seems like everyone watched it but her.

“I still haven’t [watched it], but I’m going to,” Plaza said in a video interview on The Wall Street Journal’s Instagram page. “To be honest, I had trouble opening my HBO Max account when I was trying to watch it originally. I couldn’t figure out the password and I usually just give up when I can’t figure out the passwords.”

In Plaza’s defense, it seems like every website and app demands you register an account, so if you don’t keep on top of a mountain of passwords, you can’t access them. She does, however, have a solution, and it comes in the form of an old-school medium: DVDs.

“I’d love a DVD, but they don’t send DVD sets anymore,” Plaza added. “I ask them every time.”

Season 3 of HBO’s hit anthology series releases on HBO in 2025. With the first two taking us to resorts in Maui and Sicily respectively, this one is set in Thailand.
