F1 journalist claims Carlos Sainz sending ‘facts’ to teammate Charles Leclerc

Ever since Lewis Hamilton‘s move to Ferrari for 2025 has been announced, Carlos Sainz has been on a hot streak. The Spaniard has showcased his brilliance by winning the Australian Grand Prix just two weeks after he missed out on the Saudi Arabian GP due to Appendicitis. Moreover, he is the only driver to have a 100% podium rate this season.

Sainz’s brilliant form has led to him finishing ahead of teammate Charles Leclerc in all the races he’s participated in this year. Following this, Spanish Journalist, Antonio Lobato, has revealed to how Sainz is sending ‘facts’ to his teammate through his brilliant performances.

Since he was a kid, his father always told him that even if he didn’t win, he always had to send little ‘messages’. He is not sending those messages any longer. Now he is sending facts. And that’s the reward for all his work. He deserves it. Lots of teams will want to have him.

Antonio Lobato speaking to Soymotor

The number 55’s improved performance is something that his Monegaque teammate will want to monitor. Overall, Sainz is more comfortable in the SF24, allowing him to extract more performance in qualifying as well as the race.
