The Miami GP is underway. The first American race on the 2024 F1 calendar was met by several celebrities in the paddock. Pop icon Camila Cabello perhaps had the most prominent presence this weekend. Before the start of the Grand Prix, Cabello even expressed his love for seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton.

F1 Presenter Martin Brundle interviewed the American singer on the Miami GP grid. Brundle asked what Camila Cabello thinks about Formula 1. The Pop icon claimed that she was addicted and in love with the pinnacle of motorsport. Brundle further questioned Cabello about what she loved in particular. The 27-year-old highlighted the adrenaline of fast cars and Lewis Hamilton.

I am addicted [to F1]. I need to come back, I love. I love fast cars.. I like the adrenaline and I love Lewis Hamilton. Camila Cabello told Martin Brundle

Cabello recalled her morning ride with Hamilton when the seven-time world champion brought her to the paddock. The American singer was baffled by the high speed of F1 cars in races. Nevertheless, Camila Cabello was delighted to be present at the Miami GP.

My insides were upside down... He goes a hundred miles an hour faster than he drove me this morning so I don't know how he does it. Camila Cabello explained

Camila Cabello cheering for Lewis Hamilton’s future team

Before the start of the Miami GP, Camila Cabello recorded a special clip for her fans. The Pop icon was wearing a Miami GP special jacket of the Scuderia and a pair of sunglasses. The American singer informed her fans that she was present at the American race weekend.

Moreover, Cabello claimed that she was supporting not only Lewis Hamilton but also Scuderia Ferrari. Perhaps, the 27-year-old was the happiest when Hamilton announced his 2025 move to Maranello a couple of months ago. Nevertheless, it was evident that Camila Cabello was having a splendid time in Miami.

I am cheering for Lewis Hamilton but also showing love to Ferrari. Camila Cabello told her fans

Certainly, Camila Cabello would love to see Lewis Hamilton finish on the podium this weekend. However, it seems that the seven-time world champion might struggle to even make it to the Top 5. As Mercedes continues to fall behind Red Bull and Ferrari. On the other hand, Cabello’s favorite team could potentially challenge Max Verstappen for victory.
