Luke Metz has locked in an official visit with Alabama football as he looks to be locked in with the Crimson Tide.

Metz is a 2025 linebacker prospect out of Mills Creek High School in Georgia. Most recruiting sites have him listed as a three-star recruit at the moment, but he will push for a four-star rating this upcoming season. Alabama will get him back on campus on the weekend of June 21.

Alabama picked up a commitment from Metz in March. He chose the Tide over LSU, Oklahoma and others.

The 6-foot-3 physical linebacker knows how to get through traffic and get to ball carriers as he tends to meet running backs in the hole. He also displays great technique when defending in space as he almost looks as if he is playing defense on the hardwood the way he consistently breaks down to ensure shifty ball carriers do not get behind him.
