Tottenham fans are unhappy that Crystal Palace beat them in the Premier League at the weekend.

They needed to win the game to maintain momentum after making a bright start to this campaign, winning their first three league matches.

The Palace game was one that they really had to win to stay top, but it wasn’t always going to be an easy match.

True to what they would have expected, it was a tough game and Spurs eventually lost the game after Japhet Tanganga had been sent off.

Nuno Espirito Santo commented about their performance after the match and said they didn’t have the ball enough and also struggled to create enough chances.

He insisted they did their best to stay in the game after the red card, but the penalty awarded to their opponents changed the outcome of the game and perhaps broke them down.

The club posted some quotes from his post-match interview on their Twitter account and these fans responded to it.
